GAS FURNACES

At Farwest Climate Control we provide 80%, 90%, and the new 95% efficient gas furnace models. Efficiency means, for instance, a 95% efficient system will hold 95% of the heat it produces inside your home and 5% will be lost out the chimney. The 80% will keep 80% of the heat produced in your home and 20% goes out the chimney. A 90%, 90% stays in your home and 10% out the chimney. The 95% efficient provides a two stage gas valve providing the right amount of fuel for each stage and thus making it more efficient. It also has a silicon nitride ignitor eliminating the need for a fuel burning pilot light by starting the burner electronically. This quiet model, provided by an insulated cabinet, also uses 100% outdoor air for combustion and a cleanable filter you can just rinse off. The 95% is the most efficient model on the market to date and can help save you on energy costs and keep your home the perfect temperature.

This two stage model has a variable speed blower that puts an end to noisy start ups and shutdowns and reduces temperature variances. It comes with a lifetime limited warranty on heat exchangers, and 5 year limited warranty on all functional parts. An optional extended 10-year warranty on parts and labor is available, ask us how. Tax credit of $200 is available on your income tax by installing a 95% efficient system.

The 80% and 90% gas furnace models are available in variable or multi-speed blower motors.
